Mix the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, chill sauce and Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl. Cover with clingfilm and refrigerate until required.
Remove the heads from the prawns and peel off the shells, leaving the tails intact.
Slit along the length of the back of each prawn with a sharp knife and remove and discard the dark vein.
Cut off a slice from the top and bottom of each grapefruit, then peel off the skin and all the white pith. Cut between the membranes to separate the segments
When Ready to serve, make a bed of shredded lettuce in the base of 8 glass dishes.
Divided the prawns, grapefruit segments and avocados between them and spoon over the mayonnaise dressing.
Serve the cocktails garnished with lime slice and dill springs.
