Ingredients: 500g Alkis Kadayif, 200g unsalted butter (melted), 200g pistachios (finely chopped), 200g walnuts (finely chopped), 300g sugar, 200ml water, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. Instructions: Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Spread half of the kadayif dough in a greased baking dish and drizzle half of the melted butter over it. Evenly spread the nut mixture (pistachios and walnuts) over the dough. Cover with the remaining kadayif dough and drizzle the rest of the butter on top. Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown. In a saucepan, combine sugar, water, lemon juice, and vanilla extract, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes to make the syrup. Pour the hot syrup over the baked kadayif and let it soak for a few hours before serving.
